Our First Duck Duck Lunch
It began in our own kitchen, during a season when food became complicated. One of our kids developed sensitivities. Then another. Slowly, what used to be simple, meals, snacks, gatherings, started to feel heavy.
We weren’t trying to be perfect.
We just wanted something we could trust, something we didn’t have to explain or work around. So we started cooking differently. Carefully. And when we realized how many others were carrying the same quiet burden, we decided to share it.

What We Needed
